Staying with Us

We have options for you to come stay with us!

Farm Work-exchange

Here on our off-grid family farm, we enjoy working and living in community, sharing knowledge and wisdom about how we can co-exist with the natural world – by planting and maintaining gardens, eating and harvesting our own organic foods, stewarding the land, and going deeper into what it is to be in true connection to the Earth. We have always enjoyed sharing how our family lives, especially with regards to wildcrafting herbs (learning about harvesting and using herbs that naturally grow in the fields or yards) organic gardening and alternative gardening practices, off grid living, hugelkultur bed making, bringing sacred geometry to the lands and gardens, Earth-based ceremony and agnihotra fire puja, and uncovering the messages the plant kingdom sends us. Community minded by nature, we welcome help from new friends, with proper exchange of energies, to enhance the beauty, energy and enjoyment our land and gardens. We welcome any and all knowledge sharing our helper friends bring. We wish to offer our helpers enriching experiences and knowledge that last a lifetime, and to our land and life, the same.

COVID-19 Updates – we are currently accepting farm helpers for a 1-2 week stay during the months of JUNE 1-14, JULY 1-14, AUGUST 1-15, SEPTEMBER 8-22 ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT OTHER DATE OPTIONS. We have separate accommodation for our helpers, with separate outside shower, toilet and sink facilities. Our helpers must have their own form of transportation without taking public transport prior to staying with us, especially if coming from larger cities. We also ask that you bring your own sleeping gear (pillows, sheets/sleeping bag etc), dishes, utensils etc. Thanks!

More about our farm, projects and photos can be found on our Wwoofing profile. We ask that all our farm helpers contact us through this website and service.

Camp with Us

Tent camp, RV’s and Trailer Camping

Bring your own tent and stay in camp spots along our forest hiking trail, in the open fields or at locations throughout our property that appeal to your needs. Outdoor showers(cool water), and composting toilets available for all campers. Open May – Through November.

The Rustic Bunkhouse

This off grid rustic-chic bunkhouse sleeps up to 6 people, ideal for personal or small group retreats, a writers refuge, women’s “Red Tent” events, healing space, family glamping experience or pure nature immersion. A prime location for bird sighting, animal watching and hiking through our groomed trails. Located on a 40 acre organic farm homestead, the bunkhouse overlooks open fields with a breathtaking sunset view. PLEASE NOTE GUESTS BRING ALL THEIR OWN BEDDING, SLEEPING BAGS, BLANKETS, PILLOWS, TOWELS, DISH CLOTHS ETC.

A sweet set up, with 4 single bunkbeds on the lower floor, plus a double bed up on the 3rd level. Set on 40 acres of forest and field, find groomed hiking trails with signage, with diverse flora and fauna.

The bunkhouse offers a rustic outside sheltered kitchen space at the back, complete with a small cooler and camp stove, dishes, cutlery and basic pots and pans. Guests will need to bring their own ice for cooler. Washing water and drinking water is provided. Outside chairs and table provided. Bedding, is available upon request for an additional $15/person.

This bunkhouse is completely off-grid, having no electricity, which makes it great for “unplugging”. Cell coverage is available by most networks. Water for washing and drinking is provided onsite, both at the bunkhouse and at the shower area, which is located a short walk from the bunkhouse. NO HOT WATER. Toilet paper is provided.

This accommodation is considered 3 SEASON (spring, summer, fall) as the showers, kitchen and toilets are located OUTSIDE under the open air. There is a propane heater for keeping the chill out when necessary. For summer, there are ample windows and ventilation hatches on the upper floor to let in breezes.

Close by across the field are the farm’s heritage breed chickens and Tamworth heritage pigs (piglets coming spring 2021) who can be visited during your stay.

This is a great choice for those who like glamping it up a little, or “roughing it”! Either way, it’s a good combination of camping and cottaging.
